Duties to Clients, General Public, Legal Entities

All work shall be performed in a professional and ethical manner. Nothing shall be done which would impugn the position or name of this Association or its members or the process serving industry. Everything possible shall be done to protect the rights, interest and confidentiality of clients, entities being served and the legal profession as a whole.

Due Diligent Service:

We charge a basic service rate, but when service fails on the third attempt in a basic service area, we notify you promptly. Other process servers who work on a flat fee basis often fail to secure service. For those defendants or witnesses who duck service multiple attempts may be needed. We work on an hourly rate if service attempts fail after the third attempt.

To avoid the liability of having a claim dismissed for lack of due diligence in timely service of process, we donít stop until the job is done.

In many cases, a person has moved and left no forwarding address. Our firm can find the person. We subscribe to national data bases that maintain current information.

Comprehensive Background and Asset Reports

Our firm can provide you with a comprehensive background and asset report, showing criminal convictions, residential history, bankruptcy, and property ownership.

Fully Insured and Licensed

Our Agency is a licensed detective agency with the Illinois Department of Financial and Professional Regulation.

We carry a million dollar professional liability insurance policy.
